Project Description:

This project was implemented with the aim of developing the engineering and providing the necessary infrastructure for the construction of an oil refinery with a capacity of 10,000 barrels per day using the EPCC method. The services provided included conducting basic engineering studies (FEED), developing a conceptual design, preparing technical documents and documents, estimating investment costs, and compiling the tender documents required for the implementation of the project.

Within the framework of this project, multidisciplinary studies and designs were carried out with the aim of achieving a technical, economic, and feasible solution, and all the engineering documents required for the project to enter the stages of equipment procurement, construction, and implementation were prepared. In addition, by compiling technical specifications, design criteria, and engineering packages, the necessary basis was provided for contractor selection, cost management, and successful project implementation.

The final output of the project was a comprehensive basic engineering package (FEED Package) and EPCC tender documents, which will be used as the main reference for the detailed design, equipment procurement, and implementation of the refinery and will play an important role in reducing the technical, time, and economic risks of the project.
